Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MORPH WRLD. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MORPH WRLD platform ("Service"), operated by FUJI MORPH MEDIA ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of MORPH WRLD, including those who browse, register, or place orders.

2. Description of Services

MORPH WRLD provides AI-generated video content services including but not limited to: UGC style videos, PixArt animation, cinematic AI production, AI avatar videos, short-form content packs, product showcase videos, AI music videos, and brand identity videos.

All services are produced using a combination of AI generation tools and human editorial oversight. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service at any time.

3. Orders & Delivery

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate brief information. Delivery timelines begin once your completed brief is received and approved by our team. Stated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — however, we make every effort to meet them.

  • Starter orders: approximately 48 hours from brief approval
  • Pro bundle orders: approximately 24 hours per batch
  • Agency orders: approximately 12 hours with priority queue
  • Rush delivery add-ons: approximately 6 hours from brief approval

We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete briefs, unclear direction, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Revisions

Revision allowances are as follows:

  • Starter plan: 2 revision rounds
  • Pro and Agency plans: unlimited revisions until satisfaction

Revisions must stay within the scope of the original brief. Requests that significantly change the creative direction, script, or style may be treated as a new order at our discretion. We will always communicate clearly before any additional charges apply.

5. Licensing & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery of your order, you are granted the following license depending on your plan:

  • Starter Plan: Personal and organic use only. No paid advertising or commercial broadcast.
  • Pro & Agency Plans: Full commercial license — use in paid ads, websites, social media, TV, and broadcast worldwide.
  • Commercial License Add-On: Upgrades Starter to full commercial rights.

FUJI MORPH MEDIA retains the right to display delivered work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in your brief. We will never sell or share your brief content with third parties.

You warrant that all content, brand assets, and references you provide are owned by you or that you have the right to use them. You are solely responsible for ensuring your videos comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, major cryptocurrencies, and Stripe-processed bank transfers.

Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. We do not store card details — all payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.

7. Refunds

If we are unable to deliver a video that meets your approved brief after unlimited revision rounds, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the final delivery.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Briefs that were incomplete or inaccurate
  • Requests to change the scope after production has begun
  • Rush delivery fees, which are non-refundable

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MORPH WRLD to produce content that:

  • Is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
  • Infringes on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
  • Promotes illegal activity
  • Is sexually explicit or involves minors
  • Impersonates a real person or entity without authorisation
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we determine violates these standards, with a full refund issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FUJI MORPH MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
