1. When You're Eligible for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

  • We fail to deliver your video within double the stated turnaround time (e.g. 96H for a Starter order)
  • The delivered video fundamentally does not match your approved brief after unlimited revision rounds
  • We are unable to produce a video in the style you ordered for technical reasons
  • A duplicate payment was charged due to a processing error

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the final delivery date.

2. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after a video has been delivered and approved
  • Brief provided was incomplete, inaccurate, or changed after production began
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal aesthetic preference not stated in the original brief
  • Rush delivery add-on fees — these are non-refundable once production has started
  • Requests made more than 14 days after final delivery
  • Orders where you have already used the video commercially

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason
  • Include specific details about how the delivery did not meet your approved brief
  • Our team will review your request within 1 business day
  • If eligible, your refund will be processed within 3 business days

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded in USDC or the equivalent value — 1–3 business days

5. Partial Refunds

For bundle orders (e.g. 5-pack or 15-pack), if some videos were delivered and approved and others were not, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered or unsatisfactory videos.

We will always communicate clearly and work to find a fair resolution before issuing a partial refund.
